Phil Sallaway

Phil Sallaway is a Southern California-based parent of two by adoption. As a single parent he has fostered four teenagers including one with special needs. He has been a frequent speaker at local adoption agencies on adopting older children and supporting other parents of teenage adoptees. Professionally, he is a certified Salesforce CRM consultant. On his off time, he is an avid outdoorsman who is often out backpacking in Sierras or deserts of Southern California. Sallaway graduated from Bridgewater State College in Massachusetts earning a bachelor’s degree in anthropology and a Massachusetts lifetime teaching credential.
