Ginny Garrity

Ginny Garrity was born and raised in Morristown, N.J., 30 miles West of Manhattan. She has a degree in early childhood education. She worked for IBM Corp. as an administrative assistant to the marketing and customer engineering branch manager in New Jersey, New York City and Boca Raton, Florida, before teaching preschool school at Bright Horizons and worked in special education at the Issaquah School District for 10 years. Garrity has also been a part-time eductor for developmentally challenged children, and typically developing elementary school children. Last year she published "Tapestries of My Heart,” a memoir about her adoption journey, which is sold on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and at www.ginnygarrity.com.
